Why a physician coach?
Everyone wants to experience the runner’s high. But so many have start running only to never reach the euphoria; they get hurt or do not know what advice to follow. Then they simply give up, blaming their body type. As a physician and experienced runner with many races behind me, I have the clinical expertise to manage your struggles both medically and physically. I work with you to gradually prepare your body so you can start enjoying running and revamp its many benefits. My goal is to get you started and experience the runner’s high. How far you want to take it is simply up to you and your dreams.
Injury screening, not guess working.
A movement and history screen before you start means your plan fits your body — not a generic template that assumes you're already fit or has no idea about your old injuries.
One clear plan, not endless advice.
You don't need more running tips. You need someone to tell you what actually matters and what to ignore — real nutrition and training guidance, not another app or algorithm.
Someone who has actually done it.
Training plans built by a physician and distance runner — not just studied in a textbook, lived through the actual uncertainty of starting and the setbacks along the way. Focus on proper food and exercise to imporve your health.
How to get started:
Everyone starts with the foundaiton session. A 90 minute in depth interveiw, nutrition assessment, physical fitness and mobility assessment. From there we will decide which path you want to choose:

Strength & mobility work to prevent injury
Async messaging between sessions

8–16 week structured training plan
Nutrition and Fueling strategy
Injury-prevention strength & mobility work
Indivilualized run plan based on pace or heart rate
Built by a physician who's run it too
About your coach:
I'm a physician with a background in nutrition and exercise physiology, and a distance runner myself. I started coaching because I kept meeting people who wanted to start running but never did — scared of getting hurt, or so overwhelmed by conflicting advice that they gave up before they began. In fact, I was one of those people before my medical training gave me the opportunity to revamp my own lifestyle.
This practice exists for people at the very beginning — whether that's your first mile or your first race — who wants a plan built on real medical judgment, not guesswork or hype.
My goal is to get you fit and healthy for running by focusing on your nutrition, mobility, strength and running dynamics.
